DIL Network Story
DIL (ديل), stands for Diligent Inspired Leaders and is made up of international Ambassadors, Ladies, Professional Mentors, and supporters globally. At DIL, it is about the TEAM rather than Tim, in Arabic fariq (فريق) lays ana working together, we stay strong.

Under the name Motivation4Life the DIL started in the UK in 2000 with young people aged between 5 upwards and for older children it started with 2 projects, Pay It Forward and Water for Life, and these continue to grow in countries like Saudi Arabia, France, China, Spain, Greece to name just a few.
Our connection with Saudi Arabia started with the DIL Ladies in November 2010 .Like-minded expatriates and local ladies had regular social and business meet ups using the R Lounge at Ladies Kingdom. Today we still have a high number of Founding members who have taken up significant roles at DIL.
Our journey with DIL Ambassadors started as early as 2000 with projects like DIL Water for Life and DIL Pay it Forward whist the virtual reality started in 2019.
In 2020, when the pandemic sent the world indoors, we began building our virtual network one member at a time.
Today, we continue to grow in productive relationships, supporting each other emotionally and mentally as we branch out on other platforms.
